Two Decades of Precast Excellence in the UAE
Al Wathba Cement Industries was established in 2005 under the name Dimensions Cement Industries, strategically located in ICAD-1, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. In 2020, the company was rebranded as Al Wathba Cement Industries and has since grown to become one of the leading precast concrete manufacturers in the United Arab Emirates.
Our state-of-the-art production facility is equipped to handle both small and large-scale projects, delivering a wide range of precast concrete solutions including buildings, villas, tunnels, and other structural elements. Spread across a 36,000 m² facility, the plant also includes an extensive stockyard for finished products. All products are manufactured, delivered, and installed in compliance with stringent QHSE standards, certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental responsibility throughout every stage of the process — from design and production to delivery and on-site installation.
